If this is your reality, it is time to figure out what your Blueprints are that stop you again and again. Every human being has three to five very key stopping places. You get up against the same wall again and again and rather than find a way over, under, around or through that wall you keep backing down or running away. When you keep leaving that same wall again and again in defeat you basically numb yourself and it continues to be the very same place, consciously or unconsciously, that stops you.
If you feel like you are often struggling, stressed, overwhelmed, exhausted, unhappy, disconnected, stuck, negative, too busy, guilty, conflicted, uncertain, angry, frustrated, burnt out or fearful, it is definitely time for something new. Life is so much better with calmness, composure, energy, enthusiasm, boldness, joy, passion, clarity, balance, vibrancy and confidence.
You decide. Is it time for something different? If yes, you must do the work. I know you didn’t want to hear that. However, the only way to the other side of this wall is doing the work. If you are ready for something new in your life because you keep getting what you’ve always got, decide to do the work.
